Your Responsibilities

With our client, you will take on a role that combines customer service, sales, and relationship building. As a customer consultant, you will be part of a pilot project where your communication is key to success. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting welcome calls for new customers and supporting them at the start.
• Contacting inactive customers to reduce customer churn.
• Informing about services and support to create added value.
• Handling incoming customer calls as needed.

Good to Know

Located at our client's modern office in Kungsholmen. This is a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and extending until 2025-12-31. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Some hybrid work may occur.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics, who speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have previous experience in customer care and/or sales.

As a person, you stand out with a positive attitude that inspires both customers and colleagues. You also have an easy time adapting to new routines and processes, making you flexible and quick to adjust to new working methods. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required to succeed in this role; experience in the fuel, transport, or trucking industries is a significant plus!
