Vårdcentralen Klippan has 8,000 registered patients and a complete medical commitment according to Hälsovalet, including BVC/family center. Here you will find a stable base of specialists in general medicine, ST doctors, and AT doctors. There are also well-developed nurse-led specialty clinics for chronic diagnoses, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. Furthermore, the health center has a broad rehabilitation competence with physiotherapists and occupational therapists, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of a social worker and psychologist, all present on-site. We have a close and good collaboration with the municipal primary care related to home healthcare and special housing.

Once a week, we hold a structured doctors' meeting where we are happy to invite external speakers, such as Strama, Läkemedels Skåne, pharmacists, and chief physicians, to keep us updated.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, as a physician, you are part of a close-knit team with different professions, where everyone is given the opportunity to work at the top of their competence. We offer you traditional outpatient work that can be varied with side assignments of various kinds, such as responsibility for special housing, home healthcare, or supervision of training doctors. Additionally, we can tailor the assignment based on your medical specialty. We prefer to see opportunities rather than limitations. In the role of specialist physician, you will work with both planned and acute outpatient visits and meet patients of all ages.

You will be offered an individually tailored introduction based on your previous experiences, so you can enter the work in the best possible way. Furthermore, continuing education and collegial collaboration are prioritized areas to enable a stimulating and attractive work environment. Every other week, we offer all employees the opportunity for personal development time. In addition, we have been working with team rounds in everyday work for some time now, focusing on continuity, collaboration, and person-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare, with specialist training in relevant areas such as general medicine, geriatrics, or internal medicine. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is required.

As a person, you are attentive and empathetic, with a fundamental security and ability to work independently in your medical role. Furthermore, your experiences and knowledge base are well-founded. We also wish for you to be creative and innovative, as we constantly work on development issues to provide our patients with the best and closest care.
