What do we do at GELITA?
In our process, we produce food-grade products such as gelatin, fat, and protein powder. The manufacturing is highly automated and complex in several ways, where the raw material undergoes various steps before we reach the final product. Other important factors in our manufacturing include energy consumption in the form of electricity and steam.

About the positions:
G1 is the first step in our gelatin manufacturing process after raw material intake. At FPM, the final products protein flour and liquid fat are produced. The process involves various steps such as extraction, filtration, evaporation, separation, sterilization, grinding, and packaging. Job responsibilities include process control and monitoring via SCADA systems, as well as reporting and follow-up in the SAP business system. You will participate in improvement work and contribute to problem-solving related to processes and equipment. The department operates in a continuous process, with working hours following different shift teams according to a specific 3-shift schedule.

Who are you?
You enjoy being part of a team and collaborating while also being able to work independently. As a person, you can take your own initiatives, see solutions instead of obstacles, and have the ability to handle unexpected situations. You have good communication skills and can collaborate with various functions. You are accustomed to continuous improvement work and the Lean philosophy.

Qualifications
You have a process engineering education or equivalent, as well as previous experience from the process industry; food or pharmaceuticals are advantageous. You have experience working with automated process control and monitoring in SCADA systems. You have knowledge of the Office suite, and since we have various safety regulations and instructions, you speak and write good Swedish. Experience with SAP in production and a forklift license are advantageous.
