This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by us at Manpower but work on-site at our client in Helsingborg.

About the role as a technician

We are looking for an engaged and driven technician for a well-known pharmaceutical industry in Helsingborg. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of an innovative team that works to ensure high quality and efficiency in our machine and production processes.

As a technician, you will work to perform corrective and planned maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment function optimally. You will troubleshoot technical issues and, if necessary, take action to minimize downtime in production. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvements by analyzing machine performance and identifying areas that can be developed for increased efficiency. The work also involves supporting the installation of new equipment and ensuring that routines and standards are followed in accordance with quality and safety requirements.

Working hours: Daytime with a requirement for flexibility regarding different shift forms as needed

Employment type: 6 months temporary with a chance of extension

Requirements for the position

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
• Complete high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus
• Strong technical interest and a desire to develop
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
• Driver's license B
• Good computer skills
• Experience with programs such as Microsoft Office

We also see that you are flexible and open to working different shift forms as needed.

It is considered an advantage if you have a forklift license and experience in forklift driving.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and conviction register as part of this recruitment process prior to a potential employment.
