Our mission is to assist service operations with trained substitutes who can cover vacancies during shorter or longer absences of regular staff. The position means that you will work as a temporary substitute in Regionservice, which means that you support the various operations with your expertise in daily work. It is a job that offers great variation and diversity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer temporary employment as a base. This means that the number of working hours per week may vary. You now also have the opportunity to apply for summer substitute positions for the summer period of 2025. The summer substitute position is scheduled during the period of week 23-36, during this period you can request which consecutive weeks you can work (for example, 24-29) no leave can be granted during these weeks.

Your tasks mainly consist of service-related duties within healthcare.

• Service Host. You will among other things work with meal management on the ward, such as being responsible for ordering meals, preparing meals, and unpacking food. You will also perform cleaning tasks such as tidying and maintaining order in premises and in patient and staff areas to create comfort and maintain good hygiene.
• Material Supply. A job where the healthcare's needs for textiles and supply materials are ordered, unpacked, and delivered by us. Service orientation, communication, and collaboration with healthcare are of great importance in this work so that they can focus on the patient. The job requires extensive computer knowledge with systems and programs.

The work takes place in a hospital environment, and you work side by side with nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and janitors. In your daily work, you will also have contact with the patients who are present in the premises.

As we have operations from Monday to Sunday, working hours may include both weekend, evening, and night shifts. Working hours can vary from as early as 06:00.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have completed high school education and have experience in service occupations, cleaning, meals, and/or work in healthcare and social services.

• For the position of service host, experience in cleaning, meals, service, or work in healthcare and social services is advantageous.
• For the position in material supply, computer skills and warehouse work are advantageous.
