JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will primarily work with green space maintenance, which includes weeding, trimming, hedge cutting, planting, and watering.

Tasks such as waste management, lawn mowing, and simpler landscaping work may also be relevant if the need arises. A typical day may start in the morning with us gathering at Lindhaga, checking in with each other and the management. Then we head out to our areas spread throughout the municipality to carry out the planned work for the day. We usually work in groups of 2-3 people.

You will work full-time, during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You need to have a Class B driver's license as the jobs are throughout Simrishamn.
• Experience in maintaining larger outdoor facilities is desirable, but the right person with a willingness to learn can also be trained on-site.
• If you have gardening education or equivalent, it is an advantage, as well as experience with smaller machines such as grass trimmers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
• Some computer skills are also desirable as the operational system that manages work planning is smartphone-based.
