About the company

COLIVE is Sweden's leading operator in the modern and social housing concept of coliving. We provide a new housing experience for young adults who want to live together and be part of a community.

In October 2024, we opened a new coliving hub in Lund, COLIVE Altum, with space for 82 tenants. We are currently looking for the right person to join us as a Facility Host at COLIVE Altum in Lund.

About the role

As a Facility Host, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality of service we provide to our tenants.

Key responsibilities:

• Weekly cleaning of common areas and shared apartments.
• Planning and coordination of weekly cleaning, maintenance, and tenant-reported issues.
• Being the face of COLIVE, engaging with tenants both in person and through digital communication channels.
• Ensuring a high level of service during tenants’ move-in and move-out processes.
• Performing maintenance tasks, such as fire protection rounds, overseeing digital systems (e.g., locks, mailboxes, booking systems, Wi-Fi), and reviewing fixtures like furniture and equipment.
• Receiving and addressing tenant-reported issues, liaising with property owners and suppliers to resolve problems, and providing feedback to those affected.

Background

We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should excel at cleaning, organizing, and self-management, as the role requires a significant amount of independent work and planning.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school (Swedish gymnasienivå).
• Experience in cleaning, such as in a hotel or similar environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
