We are looking for a driven industrial electrician for our factory just outside Kristianstad. Here you will have the chance to work in a dynamic and safety-conscious environment, where proactivity, collaboration, and service are the focus to ensure our production runs smoothly.

As an industrial electrician, you will be a key player in our maintenance team, working both independently and together with others.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Address electrical issues on production and facility equipment.
• Preventive maintenance: Ensure that electrical, control, and regulation systems function optimally.
• Reporting: Manage and report incoming cases in our maintenance system.
• Optimization and improvement work: Participate in improvement and renovation projects.

We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to develop and a natural sense of structure and order. To succeed in this role, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible. You enjoy working independently but also find it easy to collaborate with others.

Requirements for the position

• Education in electrical engineering and automation.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in PLC programming and electrical design is an advantage.

Working hours and conditions

• Shift work
• On-call duty is included.
