Do you want to be an active part of driving Willhem Helsingborg's operational optimization and energy efficiency? Our appreciated operations technician is moving on to new challenges internally, and we are looking for his successor. If you have knowledge and interest in operations and want to make a difference, you might be our new colleague. Willhem Helsingborg currently has about 2,500 apartments spread across several districts, including Ödåkra, Påarp, Hasslarp, as well as in central Helsingborg and Söder/Högaborg. About the position

Helsingborg has carried out many energy projects, and in your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that investments in energy and existing facilities operate optimally. You will ensure stable and cost-effective operations, especially of our district heating plants, heat pump systems, ventilation units, and solar power systems. In your role, you will collaborate with both internal and external parties and actively work with the properties' control and regulation systems as well as technical installations. As an operations technician at Willhem, you will have great opportunities to help improve and elevate the level of our property portfolio from an operational perspective.

Your clients are the property managers in Helsingborg, and you will work closely with our caretakers regarding faults and maintenance. You will support the caretakers in their daily work and actively contribute to the further development of caretakers in operational technology by showing/involving/training. Problem-solving and practical work in the field, along with administrative tasks such as documenting cases, remote monitoring via the BMS portal, ordering repairs, and checking invoices, are part of the role. You will also have close collaboration with the responsible operations engineer at the head office regarding energy optimization issues.

As an operations technician, you will monitor, optimize, and patrol daily, as well as plan and perform maintenance. You will handle alarms and troubleshoot, ensuring that faults are rectified in both central installations and in the heating and ventilation systems of our customers. You will perform measurements, adjust settings, and follow up on operational parameters. Depending on your background, you will either order corrective actions and follow up on the delivery or perform them yourself. You will be engaged in regulatory issues and comment on deviations in energy consumption while proposing and implementing optimization measures. You will report to one of the property managers.

We hope to start new production within a few years, and you will be involved early on to ensure that the projected execution can be operated correctly in management when everything is completed and the building is handed over.

Your profile

To enter the role successfully, we believe you have several years of practical experience in the HVAC or property industry and have a basic understanding of the building's energy balance and technical systems. You understand both flow diagrams and drawings and have good computer skills. You either work as an operations technician today or have a background as a plumbing or ventilation technician, control/regulation technician, or electrician and want to develop and work in a varied and broader role.

As a person, you enjoy being outdoors and working practically, are solution-oriented with a high sense of service, and have the ability to plan and prioritize your workday. Vocational training in operations, energy, and property technology is an advantage but not a requirement. A driving license (B) is required as you will largely work in our distributed property portfolio.
