We are now appointing an interim Head of Business Control / Controller Manager for an assignment starting at the end of January or the first week of February, lasting approximately six months.

In this role, you will lead a BC team of 8 people. We are looking for an experienced and confident leader who excels in developing structure, workflows, and processes within business control.

In addition to the above, you will be responsible for budgeting/forecasting, management reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with the CFO and other managers in the organization. You will also be a part of the management team for the company's largest business area. To be suitable for this assignment, you should have experience from similar roles in medium to large companies, be skilled in Excel, and possess strong analytical skills.
