About the Clinics at Globen

The Affektiv mottagning receives patients for psychiatric assessment, investigation, and treatment of depression disorders and bipolar syndromes. The Affektiv mottagning shares premises with the Young Adults Clinic, under common management, at Globen. The clinic is LGBTQI certified. We are organized in several multiprofessional treatment teams with doctors, psychologists, nurses, administrators, counselors, and rehabilitation coordinators. Our clinics offer a wide and varied range of care with different treatment methods.

Your Work as a Medical Secretary

As a medical secretary, you are a very important part of the clinic. The work is independent and varied, including reception work, journal writing, handling visit registrations, and assisting in other relevant administrative matters for the clinic. Documentation is done in the Take Care journal system. You share these tasks with your colleagues, and the work is done in a team.

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary with experience in clinic work. You have a good command of the English language and have a good knowledge of medical terminology as well as good skills in TakeCare and the Microsoft Office package. You feel comfortable in patient contact both physically at the reception and over the phone. You may have experience working with local administrative systems such as EK, etc. Previous experience in roles such as LSA, LOTS is a plus. We prefer if you have experience working in psychiatric outpatient care.
