About the role:

As a Commercial Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of our properties. You will work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the highest possible standard and efficiency in the operation and management of the properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive technical projects to optimize the operation and maintenance of the properties.
• Responsible for budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on operating and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure that the properties comply with applicable legislation and regulations.
• Identify and implement improvement measures to reduce costs and increase energy efficiency.
• Handle contract negotiations and create long-term solutions for our commercial properties.
• Participate in the development and management of technical strategies for our properties.

Your background:

• Relevant education in property technology, construction technology, or similar.
• Experience in technical and commercial property management, preferably in commercial properties.
• Good knowledge of property operation, energy optimization, and sustainability work.
• Strong ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Experience in leading projects and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
• Preferably experience in work management and customer contact.
