As a development engineer in the electricity grid, you will work on exciting and challenging issues within the energy sector today. The industry is undergoing significant changes, from vehicle charging and solar parks to a more electrified industry. We are working to develop a Smart Grid to meet future needs. By balancing exploitations, investment and maintenance strategies, and following regulatory revenue models, we strive to ensure high delivery reliability and power quality – while creating long-term value for our owners.

An important focus area in your work will be the regulation that exists for electricity grid companies' revenues. With varied and exciting tasks, your days will be filled with:

• responsibility for regulatory models and capital base (i.e., the value of all electricity grid facilities)
• project leading development projects
• driving the development of processes, working methods, and digitization to meet future needs

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships, both within the organization and with external stakeholders. You are a change agent who enjoys challenging the status quo and driving development forward, while also having a business-oriented focus and seeing the big picture in your decisions. You take initiative and drive issues independently, with a solution-oriented approach.

Experience you bring and share with us:

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken

Experience in project management and budgeting is considered an advantage. Previous experience from electricity grid companies is also viewed positively.
