Job Description

TGW is a leading global company in intralogistics specializing in automated warehouse and distribution systems. The TGW solution consists of a shuttle system with over 35,000 storage locations in two temperature zones (ambient temperature and cold). The Martin and Servera facility is monitored and maintained by three maintenance engineers and a team leader who work in shifts Monday to Friday:

• 05:00 – 14:00
• 11:00 – 20:00
• 14:00 – 23:00

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer's system and equipment function optimally through both preventive and corrective maintenance. You will work closely with the team to handle electrical, mechanical, control, and software systems, and ensure high safety and order.

Examples of tasks:

• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Conduct root cause analyses on TGW-supplied equipment and software to identify any issues or faults
• Continuously address performance issues and make design changes to optimize the automation system
• Complete necessary reports and documentation and use DART and CMMS data programs
• Be the face of TGW and ensure that the customer relationship is developed and maintained

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education in automation, mechanics, or electrical engineering
• Has general knowledge in mechanics, electrical, or control systems
• Has an understanding of maintenance processes
• Is available to work shifts during daytime and evening hours
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good English language skills
