In 2024, the Home Care and Health Care Services department has carried out a staffing project with the aim of ensuring the right staffing in the right place and at the right time, in order to offer the right services with the right quality and at the right cost. As part of the project, a staffing process has been created, and in working to implement and develop this process, a new role as a staffing controller within the administration has been designed.

Job Description

The role of the staffing controller involves working at both a strategic and operational level with various aspects involved in staffing planning. Staffing planning, scheduling, forecasts, and analyses of various logistical flows will be central tasks for you.

You are the process owner for the staffing process within the Older Adults as well as Home Care and Health Care Services departments, and you will work to make the process known in the organization and provide operational support to both managers and employees in anchoring the staffing process.

Furthermore, as a staffing controller, you are responsible for, on behalf of the management groups within the Older Adults as well as Home Care and Health Care Services departments, creating methods for schedules based on the organization's staffing needs and financial resources.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed post-secondary studies at the vocational college level or university level in areas such as HR, economics, or logistics, or another specialization that the employer deems relevant to the role. You have good competence in personnel and staffing economics and preferably knowledge of laws and agreements regulating working life.

We see that you have experience working in Excel and good IT skills. It is advantageous if you have experience working with scheduling and staffing in Timecare/Multiacess and Personec, as well as the systems 2c8 and Lifecare.
