Responsibilities

As a production developer at Axelent Solutions, you will work closely with customers' productions on both operational and strategic development projects. In this role, you will among other things:

• Develop and streamline production flows with a focus on continuous improvements
• Review the manufacturability of new components and prepare production documentation for both new and existing products
• Work as a consultant with various production systems and flows in different industries
• Participate in industry visits and contribute to marketing through some sales involvement
• Work closely with the customer's operations

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience

• Work experience with LEAN and SMED

• Experience with tools such as 3DExperience Delmia, FACTS Analyzer, or Enovia is an advantage

• Valid driver's license (B)

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
