Ödeshög Municipality is located in southwestern Östergötland, with Omberg to the north, Lake Vättern to the west, the fertile Östgöta plain to the east, and the deep forests of Holaveden to the south. The E4 highway runs through the municipality, allowing you to easily reach both Linköping and Jönköping in 40 minutes by car. Approximately 5,400 residents live in Ödeshög Municipality, which, with its approximately 400 permanent employees across four different administrations, is the largest employer in the municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Education and Culture Administration is responsible for all municipal school activities in Ödeshög Municipality. The administration therefore works with all students in Ödeshög from preschool to adult education. The municipality has good school results, but our ambition is to become even better. Grades F-5 consist of two schools and three after-school centers with a total of approximately 350 students. Fridtjuv Bergskolan is located in Ödeshög and is a F-5 school with just under 300 students. Do you want to help create Sweden's best school? We are looking for a certified teacher for grade 4 for a temporary position with science education.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an engaged certified teacher with qualifications to work in grades 4-5. It is important that you bring enthusiasm and energy to both colleagues and students and are willing to present new ideas that develop the entire operation. In our operations, we see it as natural to work and develop together so that students receive the best possible education, and collegial learning is therefore important to us. You are positive and have an easy time building good relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting the teaching and being part of a work team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
