Bergska Gymnasium is a municipal high school located in two buildings in Finspång.

The current position will primarily be in our facilities at Ekmansväg 12, in the introductory program. The school has about 220 students enrolled in the 5 national programs, IM program, and adapted high school. The school is easily accessible by public transport.

We collaborate with Campus Norrköping/Linköping University and are part of the practical training in the teacher program.

Your future responsibilities

The work consists of teaching biology and physics according to the curriculum for grade 9, as well as supporting students in various subjects in study rooms.

The position requires you to be self-driven, flexible, and have an easy time creating relationships and collaborating with others.

Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed teacher with the qualifications to teach biology and physics at the middle school level. You have the ability to motivate and create learning environments characterized by variation and participation. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to see and meet each student based on what works. You are clear in your leadership role, accustomed to collaborating in working groups, have a positive view of students, and assume that students can and want to learn.
