We at Norlandia Preschools are looking for you who want to work as a preschool teacher at our preschool Lianen in Linköping. We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you have an easy time collaborating with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability when filling the position.

Qualifications:

• Qualified preschool teacher with preschool teacher certification
• It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You are well acquainted with the curriculum's goals based on teaching and learning.
• You have experience working and leading systematic quality work at the group level.
• You have good knowledge of Office365
• It is a strong merit if you have previous experience working in preschool activities.

Lianen is located in the Berga district with good public transport connections in Linköping. It has 60 places in 3 departments and its own kitchen. The yard is large, and there are playgrounds, nature, and a library near the preschool

At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you competence development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You get to take part in our unique concepts, competence development days at the preschool, central efforts, and through offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment form: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months

Extent: 80-100%

Working hours: Monday to Friday after the preschool's current opening hours

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
