About the company:

Scandinova Systems is a technology company based in Uppsala, a world leader in the development and production of pulsed high-voltage units, known as modulators. The units play a key role in various applications, such as scientific research, cancer treatment, and industrial X-ray. More than 95% of the production is exported abroad to countries including the USA, China, India, Japan, and Europe. The company's customers include Varian Medical Systems, Elekta, Cern, and MaxIV in Lund. The company currently has 135 employees and is expanding rapidly. The main owners are Industrifonden, Bure Equity AB, and SEB Venture Capital.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Project Manager at ScandiNova, you will have overall responsibility for leading custom projects from inception to delivery. You will work cross-functionally and liaise with internal departments such as R&D, production, and finance, as well as external partners.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an engineering degree in a relevant technical field, at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree!
• Has previous experience in leading technical projects and is accustomed to working with planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Good knowledge of ERP, PLM, and Microsoft 365 applications is a requirement, as well as fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have further education in areas such as economics, production, or logistics. We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at ScandiNova. You are a results-oriented team player who understands the value of good relationships and collaboration to achieve successful results. You have experience in structuring, planning, and designing technical projects in an environment where new knowledge and information are constantly emerging, requiring flexibility. In addition, you should be an excellent communicator who can convey information in an outstanding manner and promote cross-functional collaboration.
