Back Office Employee at OfficeCloud

Are you a meticulous and organized person with experience in back office work? Do you thrive in a role where administration and customer contact are in focus? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the Position

At OfficeCloud, we are looking for a Back Office Employee to join our team. In this role, you will work with:

Order registration
Product ordering
Handling Excel files
Other customer inquiries and administrative tasks

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in back office work
Is organized and has an eye for detail
Has good knowledge of Excel
Enjoys customer contact and administrative tasks
Has worked with subscriptions and/or telecommunications (meriting but not a requirement)
