We are now looking for someone who wants to help us develop our work within the finance unit by shaping the future of financial administration with digital tools, processes, and a constant focus on digitization and operations.

The finance unit is part of the Municipal Executive Administration, and a large part of our mission as a central support function is to contribute to development within the organization. In our unit, we are nine employees who work both operationally and strategically within finance and procurement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You are a development- and service-oriented financial administrator who wants to be part of our digital journey, is meticulous, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team but can also take responsibility and drive your work forward.

You have strong digital skills, good knowledge of the Office suite, and preferably experience with CGI's business solution Raindance. Part of your responsibilities will be to manage accounts payable, perform ongoing bookkeeping, and assist with year-end closing and account reconciliations.

Since the role involves many points of contact, both internally within the organization and externally with customers and suppliers, we are looking for someone who is engaged, involved, and enjoys building good relationships. You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing. You are confident and have a good pedagogical ability to guide, explain, and conduct training.

You need to be service-oriented, attentive, structured, confident, and able to adapt to a varying everyday life. You see solutions to problems and recognize opportunities in changes that contribute to continuous improvements with an operational focus and work proactively to streamline tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education in finance and relevant experience.

Additional education, such as a university degree with a focus on finance or a vocational education in accounting, is an advantage.
