We at StudentConsulting in Malmö are looking for our new super colleague who wants to take on the role of recruiter/staffing manager and work with some of the region's largest clients. Are you the one we are looking for?

To continue our steady growth journey, we are now looking for a recruiter for our team within warehousing/production.

As a recruiter with us, you will work with:

• Managing candidate flow for various positions, such as search, fairs, social media, etc.
• Recruiting new consultants. From ad design to selection, interviews, reference checks, and then hiring.
• Scheduling and sick leave management.
• Daily contact with consultants and clients, mainly regarding orders and scheduling.
• Administrative tasks related to both candidates and consultants.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in human resources or a similar field. You are at the beginning of your career and have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/HR or in service and administration.

As a person, you are results-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and action-oriented. You are passionate about business and meeting people. You are structured and used to constantly prioritizing your work. You have a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and you can easily and quickly formulate texts for job ads and presentations to clients.

Furthermore, you are attentive, solution-oriented, and professional in your interactions with candidates, consultants, and clients. Your work is characterized by a high level of service and quality, both internally and externally, as it is important to you that both clients, candidates, and consultants have a positive experience of the recruitment process and StudentConsulting. We would like you to have a B driver's license.

The position starts with a 6-month probationary period but is intended to transition into a permanent position, starting upon agreement.
