About the position

In 2025, Bring will open a new competence center for accounting in Helsingborg! The ambition is to become one of the most efficient accounting centers in the Nordic region with a high degree of automated processes and a curiosity for innovative solutions and new technologies such as AI. The department is part of the group's overall staff for finance & accounting, with colleagues in both Sweden and Norway. The parent company Posten Bring AS with subsidiaries constitutes a total of 60 companies, and the group employs over 12,000 employees in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The ERP system Oracle is used for all companies within the group.

As an employee, you will be part of an exciting journey to shape our new innovative and service-oriented competence center for accounting within one of the leading logistics groups in the Nordic region. This is a newly established position, and you will report to the head of the group accounting unit in Oslo and participate in the management team in Helsingborg. You will work across the group with Global Process Owners (in Oslo) to ensure quality and streamline processes and analyses within the accounting area.

Your workplace will be at Bring's office in newly renovated premises in Helsingborg, close to the train station with good commuting opportunities.

Main responsibilities

• Establish a group-wide dashboard for reporting and management and continuous improvement of governance models and KPI reporting within accounting
• Understand the possibilities in Oracle e-business Suite related to dashboards and other low code solutions.
• Develop reports to simplify tasks for the Accounting Centre
• Be a resource and train our employees related to Power BI, dashboard/low code
• Drive the work on further development of our AI agent in Copilot Studio
• As this position is newly established, you will have the opportunity to shape content and structure

Suitable background

• You have strong analytical skills and experience in analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• You have a good technological understanding, including how it can be used to create efficient processes and insights based on data.
• You are committed to improving processes, systems, and your own skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in auditing
• 1–3 years of experience with low code tools
• Experience with the Oracle financial system is an advantage
• Experience in developing chatbots via Copilot or other chatbot solutions is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage
