About the position

As a finance assistant at Nivora AB, you will play a key role in our team. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who thrives in a work environment where accuracy and structure are central.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and registration of supplier and customer invoices
• Reconcile accounts and manage payments
• Administer payroll and report taxes
• Prepare and assist in monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage and archive financial documents
• Support in reporting and reconciliations
• Other financial and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

• A relevant education in finance (high school education or higher)
• Experience in similar tasks (it is an advantage if you have worked as a finance assistant before)
• Attention to detail and structured work habits
• Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with an accounting system
• Fluent in Swedish, English is a plus
• Self-motivated but enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment
