Your new role 

We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for our client’s finance team. You will work with accounts payable management for the group’s five companies and contribute to an efficient and accurate handling of supplier invoices.

- Manage supplier invoices in Unit4/Agresso and follow up on unapproved invoices. - Match supplier invoices against purchase orders. - Ensure correct VAT handling. - Communicate with internal buyers and external suppliers to resolve invoice issues. - Keep the accounts payable updated and accurate in the system. - Participate in monthly closing, including reconciliation of balance and income accounts. - Contribute to financial reporting and analysis.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Previous work experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant.
• Experience working in Unit4/Agresso.
• Experience from larger organizations (200+ employees and an invoice flow of over 30,000 invoices per year).
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
