The Near Care and Health administration is under construction and will be operational from January 1, 2025. The administration is responsible for grant-funded healthcare activities within Near Care. This includes mobile teams and specialized palliative care, outpatient services within near care, acute care within near care, 1177 by phone, and certain regional functions. Additionally, the administration is responsible for the development and follow-up of the transition to near care in Region Skåne. The number of employees is expected to be around 1,000.

Acute Care Near Care within Near Care and Health consists of emergency departments that do not operate around the clock and evening and weekend receptions within Region Skåne. The southern area within the Acute Care Near Care operational area includes the evening and weekend receptions in Malmö, Trelleborg, and Ystad, as well as the emergency department in Trelleborg.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now seeking an administrator with managerial support duties for the unit manager for the evening and weekend reception in Trelleborg!

We offer you a developing job where you will become part of our operations. In your role, you will primarily work as the right hand of the unit manager, a role that you understand and enjoy.

Your responsibilities include staffing, working in HR systems, and scheduling. Other tasks may include orders in Ritz and tasks related to various digital healthcare systems such as 1177. Additionally, you will work with other personnel administrative tasks and assist in recruitment and planning the introduction for our newly hired employees. You play a key role in supporting and facilitating the daily work of the unit manager. The role also involves handling various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and following up on decided action points. You will also need to ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the development of work within the administration and for the southern area.

You will actively work to create and improve routines for your and the organization's work, which means you continuously develop and adjust the way you work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a completed secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of the personnel administrative systems HR window and the PMO journal system, as well as related systems, is a requirement.

A basic education as a medical secretary is an advantage. We prefer that you have previous experience in an administrative role with managerial support duties or equivalent work. Additionally, it is beneficial if you have knowledge of various scheduling models and agreements that regulate working hours in healthcare.
