About the Position

Are you social, outgoing, and cheerful? Do you enjoy service and have previous experience in this field?

Then we at Uniflex are looking for you! We are seeking someone who wants to work as a receptionist during the summer and sees themselves as a flexible person. In the reception, you will meet a large number of visitors and be the face of our client. The position is for a summer job between weeks 32 and 35, with the possibility of continued part-time work after the summer. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in reception, hotels, or service.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will work in our client's reception, located in central Gothenburg. At the client’s site, you will sit in a well-visited reception where people from all over the world come to visit. During your workday, you will staff the reception and their switchboard. You will welcome external and internal visitors, assist them with their various inquiries, answer the phone, book taxis, and always be ready to help and solve visitors' problems.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, flexible, and unpretentious in their work. You enjoy meeting people and being the face of the company. You have previous experience in a service role, and it is especially advantageous if this has been in reception or switchboard.
