The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced leaders who are motivated by building effective teams and leading complex digital transformations at our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. You have extensive experience in advisory roles within tech and business development with a focus on digital transformations.

EY Consulting is growing, and we want to strengthen our tech transformation team with senior management consultants and transformation leaders. As a senior management consultant within Technology Consulting, you will play a central role in guiding our clients through their transformative journeys, improving their day-to-day operations, and achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver transformations together with clients through all phases, from strategy to implementation and change management within the area of Technology Strategy Transformation.
• Be part of the Technology Strategy Transformation area.
• Utilize your commercial skills to take overall responsibility for business development initiatives.
• Be responsible for the development of more junior colleagues through coaching and guidance.

Qualifications for the position:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience and strong leadership skills.
• Strong ability to drive large digital transformation programs, including change management and third-party vendor management.
• Proven team leadership skills with a relationship-oriented approach.
• Deep knowledge in project, program, and portfolio management.
• Ability to build strong client relationships to identify and realize business opportunities.
• Experience in management consulting.
• Collaboration with other areas of expertise to provide advice on project and program management as well as agile methods as part of large transformations.
• Fluent communication in both Swedish and English.
