Are you a service-oriented and responsible person looking for new challenges? We are currently seeking a skilled and driven accounts assistant for an energy company in Lund, starting immediately.

About the position:

You will work with accounts payable and related tasks at an energy company.

• Manage supplier invoices via Unit4 and ensure that those not approved are followed up and handled.

• Work on reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders.

• Handle VAT on supplier invoices.

• Communicate both internally with purchasers and externally with suppliers to resolve any questions regarding invoices.

• Ensure that accounts payable is accurate and updated in the system.

• Participate in the monthly closing process, including reconciliations of balance and income statement accounts.

• Support in financial analysis and reporting.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in finance. You are unpretentious and can quickly adapt to various tasks within the finance area.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Unit4 / Agresso.
• Previous experience in accounts payable.
• Experience from organizations with over 200 employees and an invoice flow of over 30,000 supplier invoices per year.
• Experience in managing and developing automated workflows. High IT/digital maturity.

Meritorious:

• Experience in developing administrative processes.
• Experience from organizations that work with purchase orders / order matching.
