ABOUT THE ROLE

Here you will be part of a team of 8 people responsible for the company's invoice management. The majority consists of supplier invoices that need to be checked, coded, and posted correctly. You will be responsible for a couple of specific tasks which will allow you to become an expert in your work. Your colleagues will be a great support for you, and you will have a dedicated mentor to work closely with.

Your tasks:

• Final coding of invoices
• Support colleagues internally with invoice management
• Preliminary booking of accounts payable during month-end closing
• Reconciliation of balance accounts during month-end closing
• Match outgoing payments

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is organized and responsible. We also see that you are a person with a sense of service and that you are communicative, as you will support your colleagues in the business. Here you need to be unpretentious and dare to ask if you are unsure; you work as a team!

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or auditing
• At least 6 months of experience in invoice management
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience with accounting software
