Job Description

Are you an outgoing person driven by providing excellent service? Then this summer job is for you. 

As a customer service employee, you will work together from a customer-efficient perspective, which means a clear focus on the customer's needs and expectations. By working in a uniform and efficient manner, security is created for both customers and colleagues. 

Location: Timrå

Scope: 100%

Working hours: weekdays 07.00-16.00

Start date: May 19. The assignment lasts throughout the summer with good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Digital customer meetings
  • Coordination, planning, and follow-up of daily operations.
  • Phone and email handling

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Good communication skills
  • Positive and driven
  • Solution-oriented
  • Very good knowledge of both English and Swedish, spoken and written
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in service roles is an advantage
  • Completed secondary education

To thrive in the customer service role, you need to have a drive and a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience! Since the work is event-driven with many things happening simultaneously, it is important to have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. Communication and collaboration are key to success!
