Job Description

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician for the purification lab department in Umeå. You will be part of a team of approximately 14 people working with protein coupling, affinity purification, and Elisa, which downstream becomes part of Olink's multiplex panels. You will report to the Manager of Laboratory Manufacturing located at Agrisera's office in Umestan.

Main Responsibilities

As a team member, your tasks will be varied and include both laboratory and administrative work. The main responsibilities will include:

• Independently plan and perform laboratory tasks such as aliquoting, protein coupling, affinity purification, and Elisa
• Analyze, review, and report results continuously in our documentation systems
• Maintain and develop methods, routines, and instructions
• Contribute to the department's improvement work and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, engineering education, or equivalent in the Life Science field
• Experience in laboratory work
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Documented laboratory experience and strong knowledge in molecular biology and chemistry
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
