About the position

In the role of Warehouse/Workshop Technician, you will support the daily operations of our warehouse/workshop in Skellefteå, where you will work in a small team. You will ensure that all goods are received, stored, and distributed according to the company's standards and procedures. A significant part of your tasks will involve developing our recycling loop, which means we focus on recycling and reusing spare parts for our service technicians. This work aims to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency, which is crucial for our sustainability strategy.

You will also perform technical analyses of quality issues to ensure we maintain the highest standards. The position involves close collaboration with various departments such as our technicians, service management, traffic damage department, and other departments to optimize our processes and ensure that all departments work towards common goals.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
• Stocking and organizing products to maximize space and efficiency
• Picking and packing orders with high accuracy
• Conducting regular inventories and stock checks
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and delivery processes
• Following safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Analyzing quality issues and suggesting technical solutions
• Contributing to the development of sustainable recycling methods and processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse work or a similar role. You are structured and have good organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and always have the customer's best interests in mind. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate easily with colleagues and external partners.

Experience with data processing in the field is highly desirable and will give you an advantage in the role.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and have a positive attitude. You are accustomed to using computers and warehouse management systems and have a basic understanding of logistics processes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Education in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience with data processing in inventory systems
• Technical understanding and experience in mechanics
