Aspenäs Preschools consists of three preschools: Riddarsten, Seatons Allé, and Åtorp. The preschools are led by a collaborative management team. We follow governing documents, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Education Act. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Together with your colleagues, you will develop the educational content and learning environments to stimulate children's interests and curiosity. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and documentation of the educational work. You will work with children's learning and development through a respectful, attentive, and professional approach. You are a good role model and see the positive in everyone, both children, colleagues, and guardians. You have the ability to follow established guidelines and work routines and have a solution-focused attitude towards work.

You work to create a safe and educational preschool, where you and your colleagues continuously improve the operations.

We are looking for someone who sees the positive in children, colleagues, and guardians and has an inclusive and respectful attitude. You have a relational approach that creates good and secure relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are flexible, self-driven, and want to help drive the operations forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

The preschool's opening hours are 06:00-18:00, and we are looking for someone who can work on a schedule within these hours.

To be considered for employment, the following is required:

• You are a trained preschool assistant with experience from preschool.
• Personal suitability based on the description in the ad.
• You can provide a certificate from the Police's criminal record register.

Within the unit, there is a pedagogical coordinator, special educator, administrator, and janitor. At Aspenäs Preschools, you as a preschool assistant are offered work clothes, educational meals (breakfast/lunch/snack) from a kitchen with home-cooked food, a personal iPad, and wellness benefits.
