Parental Leave Substitute Educational Administrator

As an educational administrator, you will have administrative responsibility and coordination of the educational delivery for Newton's vocational training programs. Since the educational administrator works closely with students, consultants/trainers, colleagues, and partner companies, it is important that you are a positive and structured person with good collaboration skills who thrives in a role that offers a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

In the role of educational administrator, your tasks will include reporting and communicating in various systems, conducting and managing exams, retakes, and submissions, creating and maintaining schedules for all classes, managing knowledge assessments, grades, and evaluations, certificates and other documentation, coordination and contact with students, trainers, suppliers, and partner companies, handling calls and emails from students, trainers, and authorities, reviewing and controlling parts of the educational delivery, such as course planning and knowledge assessments, participating in various corporate activities such as industry market days, fairs, and admissions.
