Are you an experienced and dedicated controller with a background in the manufacturing industry?

The role of Financial Controller entails overall responsibility for the financial aspects of manufacturing in Perstorp. You will support the business with financial input and drive the economic part of decision-making. You will provide financial and strategic support to the CEO, management team, and other parts of the organization. You will develop and analyze financial data to guide strategic and operational initiatives. The role also includes responsibility for internal and external reporting as well as SOX controls. You will be part of a European finance team and report to the European Operations Financial Controller.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bill of Materials controls
• Close collaboration with the production manager and management team
• Cash flow, forecasting
• Monthly reporting, forecast, and budget
• SOX controls
• Financial support to the business in Perstorp
• Manage and implement effective financial processes and controls
• KPI tracking

Who are you?

• Master's degree in economics or equivalent education
• At least 8 years of experience in qualified work within finance with a focus on controlling
• You have experience in accounting (local GAAP and US GAAP) and financial management
• Have worked with manufacturing costs in the manufacturing industry
• You have excellent knowledge and experience with Excel, databases, and ERP systems
• You have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
