The Shared Service Function is a business area within Regionservice, tasked with delivering services in the areas of finance, HR, and customer service. Together, we are one of Sweden's largest Shared Service Centers with approximately 300 employees. The finance area consists of six units, and we are now looking for a purchasing controller for the Specialist Team for business systems and purchasing controlling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of purchasing controller, you have a coordinating role aimed at working for efficient and well-functioning purchasing processes in Region Skåne. Your main task is to familiarize yourself with and understand the various support systems that Region Skåne uses for purchasing and logistics, as well as to monitor, educate, and support colleagues in these systems. Our primary ordering system is Raindance Marketplace, and you will actively work to redirect and connect more ordering flows here. You will work on various investigative assignments, projects, and improvement work, which entails great flexibility and a lot of personal responsibility.
In addition to the above description, your tasks will include:
- Responsible for managing and following up incoming cases of varying forms and complexity. This may include purchasing analyses/statistical extractions, invoice inquiries, penalty management, and requests for public documents.
- Assist in the work of connecting suppliers/assortments to the Marketplace.
- Support purchasers in questions regarding E-commerce.
- Coordinate and resolve invoice discrepancies on order invoices.
- Maintain monitoring lists for system-supported credit assessments and user setups.
- Quality assure and develop existing BI tools for purchasing data and educate users in the tools.
- Coordinate a common procurement plan.
- Analyze existing ordering flows and identify efficiency opportunities and/or quality improvements through, for example, subscriptions/pre-accounting.
The position is located in Lund or Kristianstad by agreement, and travel in the role may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are now looking for someone with a college or university degree in finance. We believe you have several years of experience working as a contract/purchasing controller or a similar role with a focus on process development. Since this is a coordinating role, you need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is considered a prerequisite for the position.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with E-commerce and experience with order systems. If you have previously been involved in development projects related to order systems/purchasing and/or have experience from various types of businesses and how they use order systems, that is a plus. Experience in purchasing analyses and understanding of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) is also seen as a merit.
As a person, you are driven, curious, and skilled at prioritizing. You have the ability to quickly grasp and understand the whole, identify areas with improvement potential, make a plan, and then implement the plan into reality. Furthermore, you have a good ability to maintain and further develop relationships with clients, various market actors, and other stakeholders. You also have a good ability to work independently while valuing good collaboration with your colleagues.
