A-karriär is part of A-Group, representing strong brands in transition, staffing, recruitment, coaching, and search. Annually, our companies employ around 3,000 employees and collaborate with approximately 500 client companies.
As an independent actor for the Employment Service's Rusta and Matcha service, our goal is to find long-term and sustainable solutions for our participants to approach the labor market through effective and professional processes and tools. Our recipe for success can be expressed in a short sentence: "Expertise and commitment yield results".
Job Description
You will work with individuals both one-on-one and in groups. The work follows our unique methodology, OPC, where participants' knowledge, skills, motivation, and strengths are utilized. The intention is to find each person's unique profile to take the next step towards the labor market.
Your tasks include planning, organizing, leading, and implementing efforts aimed at improving participants' opportunities to get closer to the labor market. Concurrently, you actively seek job opportunities by contacting employers that match the participants' competencies.
You will serve as a support to the participant throughout the process towards employment or education. This includes guidance, coaching, matching, and follow-up. Ongoing contacts with the business community are an important part of the work.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Due to regulatory requirements, you need to have completed at least 180 higher education credits. You must also have at least two years of work experience. Alternatively, at least one year of full-time post-secondary education and at least three years of professional experience in roles with personnel responsibility, career counseling, staffing, recruitment, educational and vocational guidance, or equivalent.
Personal Qualifications
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where the right attitude is crucial. To succeed in the role of coach/job matcher, we see that you are energetic, committed, have great patience, and are driven by seeing results from your efforts. You have a coaching and advisory approach, an understanding of people's varying circumstances, and enjoy working in a changing environment.
A large part of the position involves working independently where your judgment, knowledge, and experience are directly decisive for your and your participants' success. Since the work is partly administrative, you need to have good general computer skills and speak and write Swedish fluently. Additional language skills, as well as a driver's license and access to your own car, are advantageous.
Placement
You will be based at our office in Helsingborg. Work at other offices in northwestern Skåne may occur.
Scope and Working Hours
The employment begins with internal training in our OPC process, our agreement with the Employment Service, and administration. After that, work will be as needed.
The position is very suitable for students looking for a job alongside their studies or for retirees!
