We are looking for a Business Advisor/Innovation Leader for our client in Lund. An international collaboration project funded by the EU is now seeking a resource to act as a link between Swedish companies and European testing environments in the field of home care and welfare technology.

The purpose of the project is to promote the development and implementation of innovative solutions for the future of home care. The project is conducted in collaboration with several European countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

Content of the assignment:

• Map Swedish companies interested in testing their innovations in international testing environments within the project's framework. • Assess the innovation level and technical maturity of the companies' solutions, where the minimum level corresponds to TRL 7. • Identify and suggest relevant testing environments and partners in the relevant European countries based on the companies' needs and the nature of the solutions. • Support companies in initiating collaborations and conducting pilot tests in accordance with the project's goals. • Build and maintain contacts with key stakeholders in the field, such as companies, researchers, and healthcare organizations. • Monitor market developments and stay informed about new technologies and innovations related to home care. • Collaborate continuously with the person responsible for the pilot operations in Sweden (based in Höganäs). • Conduct analyses and comparisons of relevant solutions, both those that are current for selection and those already identified by the project's partners. Primary target group for the assignment: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) Expected delivery goal: Provide concrete support to the project's work with the participating SMEs.

The assignment offers a particularly interesting opportunity to help drive new healthcare solutions and promote Swedish companies' establishment and visibility in an international innovation context.

Requirements:

• Solid insight into the challenges faced by young or growing companies, especially in the health technology and healthcare sectors. • Experience in assessing both technical and commercial maturity in companies. • A well-developed network within relevant sectors, both in Sweden and internationally. • Good overview of existing solutions and future trends in home care and related areas. • Independent working style with the ability to drive initiatives and projects in an international environment. • Familiarity with working in a Microsoft 365 environment and matching platforms related to the project. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable:

• It is an advantage if you are proficient in one of the languages spoken by the project's partners, such as Danish, Dutch, French, or German. • Previous experience in EU-funded projects is considered an advantage. Please submit your application with:
