Welcome to Capio Healthcare Center Broby! We are the small healthcare center with the big heart. You can reach us by bus, or if you come by car, there is free parking available. We are a cheerful team of 20 people taking care of approximately 5,400 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

We are currently looking for a medical secretary who is excited about being part of driving the future of primary care with us.

We offer you a fun and stimulating job that is varied and eventful. In the role of medical secretary with us, you will work with common tasks such as medical documentation, rescheduling and canceling patients, reception work, journal management, scanning, etc. Most of our doctors use TIK (speech recognition), which means our dictations are fewer.

As a medical secretary, you will also have your own areas of responsibility, such as IT responsibility, responsibility for PMO, Pasis, Lissy, responsibility for digital contacts, and contact with healthcare provider services.

We now welcome you who are educated in health and medical care administration 80p (KY) or 400p (YH) or equivalent education as a medical secretary. You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of PMO, Medspeech, PASiS, and QlikView is meritorious, as well as an interest in digitization.

You have a good ability to prioritize between different tasks when the pace varies and can adapt your working methods when conditions require it. As a person, you are positive and responsible with a flexible approach, and you enjoy working both independently and in a team. The position is part-time, 50%, and a temporary position for about 6 months.
