Who are we?

Since 2012, we at Clausen & Lovén have been realizing our clients' visions. Historically, our home base has been in northeastern Skåne, between Hässleholm and Åhus, but as we have increasingly worked on larger infrastructure and concrete projects in recent years, our geographical spread has increased. Today, we have projects running from Malmö to Stockholm. The founders, Christian and Christofer, are active in operations as business managers in construction and infrastructure/concrete respectively.

Our business

We have divided our operations into three business areas: contracting, infrastructure/concrete, and construction services. Our clients and assignments vary widely, from changing windows for Mrs. Olsson in Vinslöv to building apartment buildings for a municipal housing company. We like to say that we are big enough to know everything, and small enough to be personal.

Today, we have about 150 employees. 40 are located in Skåne, based in Kristianstad-Hässleholm. The remaining employees work within the infrastructure/concrete business area, where we have the opportunity to take on projects across the country. Our office is located in Hässleholm.

Our guiding principles are courage, commitment, responsibility, joy, and competence. We want to stand out and be a slightly more modern player in a conservative industry.

Growth journey

The past few years have been eventful. We have completed large projects such as the Åhus Seaside Hotel and the new clubhouse for Kristianstad Golf Club in Åhus. Over the past three years, we have worked on the Varberg Tunnel, and at the beginning of 2024, we started the Förbifart Stockholm project.

We have managed to grow rapidly with profitability, resulting in five Gazelle awards from Dagens Industri. In 2024, the company had a turnover of over 315 million SEK, and we have managed to increase our revenue in recent years despite a declining market due to the economic climate. With the growth of recent years, the organization has expanded with several new project managers, and in December 2024, we hired an external CEO to further develop the organization.

The finance department consists of a finance manager, an accountant, and a coordinator who all work closely together. We are now looking for a temporary replacement for our accountant who will be on parental leave for a year.

Who we are looking for

As a person, you possess an analytical ability and can identify problems, opportunities, and people in depth. You are structured and have a good ability to organize and plan effectively. You are technically interested and enjoy being at the forefront regarding systems and tools. You are a team player who is social and contributes to the group. You find it fun to go to work, are engaged, and value becoming skilled at your job.

You will become an important cog in our continued growth journey and be involved in developing the finance function. The role gives you great responsibility and the opportunity to grow with us as a company. The position is based in Hässleholm with salary according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant academic education in finance
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
  • Is eager and wants to make a difference
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll is an advantage

  • Accounts payable and receivable with associated systems
  • Invoicing
  • Ongoing bookkeeping
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial closing
  • Expense management
  • Payroll
  • Contact with authorities
  • Administration
