Accounts Payable Administrator

The main responsibility of this role is to manage accounts payable by registering new and updating existing suppliers, processing and supporting other teams with supplier invoices in the Cross-state and Monitor systems. The role also includes general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Authorities:

• Mail/package administration
• Scanning supplier invoices into Cross-state software
• Administration of supplier invoices in Cross-state
• Reminder administration
• Matching orders/invoices together with the purchasing department
• Final booking of invoices
• Reminding approvers about invoices to be administered (especially at month-end)

Competence Requirements for the Position:

• Knowledge of accounting procedures and reporting standards
• Knowledge of ERP systems and approval workflows
• Fluent in Swedish and good English
• High school education in finance
• Possible studies in economics/accounting at university
