Symbal Communication is in a growth phase, which is why we are now looking for a Change & Transformation Consultant with experience in complex service sales, change management, and change communication.

We are now looking for a Change & Transformation Consultant with an eye for customer benefit and business development. Is that you? If so, we want you to take a central role in our growth and further development.

In this role, you will combine your business acumen and your “consulting skills.” In addition to being a key player in creating new and long-term customer relationships, you should be able to take on the role of external advisor and create value for the customer yourself (analytical thinking, guidance, promoting idea processes, etc.).

Our only office is located in Västra Hamnen, Malmö. Where you live is less important; what matters is that you are mobile and unrestricted in being where the customers are.

About the role – A key player in our continued growth

As a Change & Transformation Consultant with a business drive at Symbal, you will play an important role in building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work with our entire offering within our three service areas:

• Change Specialists – Consulting and advisory services in change management and change communication. Both for specific needs and longer consulting assignments on-site in the customer's team.

• Creative Studio – Storytelling, dialogue, and pedagogical solutions that support change processes.

• Change Leadership Program – Training in practical change leadership.

Your mission is to identify the customer's challenges and needs, package tailored solutions, and ensure that we deliver value over time. This involves both building long-term relationships and driving concrete business from the first contact to closure.

You will normally work closely with the customer's management or, for example, the program management set to deliver a change initiative.

Some travel within Sweden is included in the position.

Your responsibilities

• Independently and continuously drive sales and business development – From prospecting and needs analysis to quotes and closures.

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships – With both new and existing customers.

• Participate in the development of tailored solutions – Change management, communication, and learning solutions.

• Collaborate with our creative team – To ensure that we deliver the highest quality.

• Participate in our own strategic work and business development – Contribute to how we can grow and develop our offerings.

Your background

If you have experience in change management as a manager/leader and sales of consulting services (preferably within change management, organizational development, or strategic communication), you are interesting to us.

If you recognize yourself in the description below, you are a very interesting candidate:

• Background as a management consultant – Experience in change management, business development, or similar.

• Documented experience in service sales – You have independently driven business from lead to closure.

• Academic education from a university or college.

• Strong business sense and strategic thinking – You understand the customer's needs and can package solutions that create value.

• Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships – You have a communicative and responsive approach.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written – Additional languages are a plus.

• Experience working with change processes, digital transformation, or cultural changes is an advantage. You may have gained experience in a line position or as a management consultant.
