InWays is growing rapidly and needs more team members. We are now looking for a new driven colleague who wants to work with interim and recruitment as an independent entrepreneur.

About the position

The role involves broad responsibility and driving your processes from start to finish within both recruitment and our consulting operations, of course with the support of the team. Together with the team, you work to ensure accurate matches and high quality in our placements.

Your daily tasks include

  • Prospecting new assignments and developing client relationships with existing clients
  • Conducting searches and headhunting relevant candidates for the assignment
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Managing communication with candidates and keeping them informed about the recruitment process
  • Conducting tests and reference checks (certified testers are available internally)
  • Maintaining an updated recruitment database and documenting recruitment activities in our systems

You will work towards an agreed budget linked to common goals, and with your experience and competence, you will also contribute to developing the entire business area together with us.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in recruitment and consulting leasing at a high level where your social and business skills are important for success in the role.

We believe you have a high drive and see quality and sustainability as a given in your delivery. Your ability to build strong relationships, along with your expertise in recruitment and interim, will be crucial for your success.

You are interested in and have worked with psychological testing tools and competency-based recruitment. It is also important that you express yourself fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing and master the most common software.

We would like you to have a good network in the Öresund region that is relevant to our services in interim and recruitment. Furthermore, we believe you are passionate about meeting people and matching the right consultant to the client's needs with a focus on sustainability and long-term goals.
