With us, you will become an important partner to managers within the Education Administration in Eslöv Municipality. Here, you will work broadly with HR issues in a daily life that is both varied, close to the operations, and full of challenges – but also of strong commitment and a desire for development.
Your Mission
As an HR partner with us, you will collaborate closely with managers in preschools, schools, and other educational organizations. Your mission is to support them in their employer responsibilities – in both everyday issues and strategic HR processes.
You will, among other things:
- provide qualified support in workplace environment, rehabilitation, and labor law issues
- collaborate with union representatives
- participate in the development of both the organization’s HR work and the municipality’s employer policy
- plan and implement competence-enhancing initiatives for managers
- be involved in HR projects based on the organization’s needs and your own areas of interest
- train in BAM (Better Work Environment) together with your colleagues
- plan training in the learning platform Learnifier
You will work independently but be part of a competent and supportive HR team within the Municipal Executive Office. We have a high ceiling, share our knowledge, and believe in collaboration over prestige.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- a university degree in HR or another relevant field
- experience in broad HR work, preferably in a politically governed organization
- experience in driving and developing HR processes
It is an advantage if you also have:
- worked with rehabilitation cases, labor law, and union collaboration
- experience or knowledge of municipal collective agreements
- experience in supporting managers within the education sector
