About the Role

As a logistics coordinator, you will step into a dynamic everyday life with great responsibility and varied tasks. You will be a hub in the management of Gullviks' fertilization products, focusing on securing deliveries and maintaining close contact with both internal salespeople and carriers and suppliers. You will primarily work independently but will have support from colleagues both on-site and in other parts of the organization. During the training period, you will receive support from the colleague who is usually responsible for the role.

Your main tasks:

- Place and manage customer orders

- Plan and book transports via collaborating carriers

- Maintain close contact with salespeople to adjust or prioritize order flows

- Handle urgent orders and find solutions in case of product shortages

- Administer documentation regarding invoicing, incoming and outgoing deliveries

- Coordinate logistics across four warehouses around the country

About You

As a person, you are solution-oriented, structured, and self-driven with an eye for detail and a strong drive to make things work – even when there are rapid changes in planning. You have a knack for learning new things, take responsibility for your own training, and are not afraid to own your tasks from start to finish. With an unpretentious and curious approach, you ensure that you find the answers you need – preferably by seeking out information yourself or noting important details along the way. You have good social skills and thrive in an environment where collaboration, humor, and a helpful attitude characterize the workday.

Requirements for the position:

- Experience in logistics, transport management, or a similar role

- Understanding of logistical flows from order to delivery

- Familiarity with working in ERP systems – experience with M3 is a plus

- Excellent command of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Additional Information

Assignment duration: approx. 3 months from May to August

Start: Mid-May

Location: Staffanstorp

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: 07:30-16:30 until July, then 07:30-16:00

Salary: By agreement

This position is a summer temporary position for the summer of 2025, with an introduction beforehand. There may be a possibility for extension depending on future needs and the outcome of an ongoing restructuring. The position is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and rented out to Gullviks.
