Job Coach at ABF Vux

Responsibilities

You will work as a transition/job coach for a number of individuals who have been laid off due to redundancy and are connected to the collective agreement insurance TSL. Based on TSL's applicable framework, you will coach job seekers to new employment opportunities using ABF Job's methods and routines as support. Your daily tasks will include leading individual conversations with our participants as well as administering and creating employer contacts. Tasks within other assignments may also become relevant, e.g., within ROM2.

The job involves a lot of travel.

Work Experience:

• At least seven years of work experience equivalent to full-time, of which at least three years equivalent to full-time as a coach.

Education:

Relevant education in areas such as labor market, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business economics, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or social work education, or alternatively a training in job coaching. The education must have been completed at a vocational college, university, or other relevant educational institution.

Other required qualifications:

• Very good computer skills and high administrative ability.
• Frequent user of the internet, job search databases, and administrative systems.
• Good knowledge of English.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience working within TSL, KROM, or STOM assignments.
• Driver's license B and access to your own car.
• Additional language skills.
