Responsibilities
In this role, your main task will be to coordinate, develop, administer, and optimize e-learning in the department's Learning Management System (LMS). You will work closely with employees who are experts in their field to transform knowledge into engaging and interactive digital training. You ensure that the training is tailored to the target audience and easy to understand. Furthermore, you will develop tools and processes to streamline the production and management of training. You will also act as a support to operations in the development of materials and scripts, ensuring that they meet both pedagogical and technical requirements.
The position is located at the City Office in the Internal Management and Support Department. The department works to create conditions for the City Office's managers, employees, and operations to focus on their assignments and achieve results. Your closest colleague will be a Development Coordinator with similar tasks.

- work experience in developing, implementing, and following up on learning initiatives tailored to employees' needs.
- experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS).
- excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good reading comprehension in English.
- good knowledge of working in Office 365 or equivalent programs.
It is an advantage if you have:
- work experience in creating and managing illustrations and images in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent image editing programs.
- experience working with learning strategies in e-learning.
- experience working with the integration of SCORM packages.
We are looking for someone who works goal- and result-oriented and has a good ability to plan and prioritize your work to meet set deadlines. You have a good understanding of how different people absorb knowledge and adapt your way of conveying knowledge and messages according to the recipient's needs. You enjoy working with others, communicate clearly, and listen to others' perspectives to find the best solutions. You are happy to share your knowledge and are a resource for others in the department when developing training materials.
