Do you have a keen eye for structure, experience in technical administration, and want to be part of a socially critical project that contributes to a sustainable future? We are now looking for a Project Administrator based in Örtofta, who wants to become a key person in one of the region's most significant energy initiatives.

About the assignment

You will have a central role as administrative support in a comprehensive investment project related to the establishment of a new combined heat and power plant. The project is currently in its preparation phase and is expected to enter implementation in the second half of 2025.

As a Project Administrator, you will:

• Administer the project area: Manage access, folder structure, and document order.

• Coordinate meetings and arrangements: Bookings, planning of seminars, workshops, and kickoffs – with both internal and external parties.

• Support with documentation: Write minutes, archive project and final documents, follow up on contracts and time reports.

• Contribute to the technical flow: Update technical documents such as PID diagrams and valve lists according to instructions.

• Support scheduling: Update the project's timeline in collaboration with the project's scheduler.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Teams and SharePoint.

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

• Is meticulous, structured, and has an easy time collaborating in technically oriented project environments.

Preferred experiences:

• Previous work in projects within the district heating sector.

• Experience working with PID diagrams in AutoCAD or equivalent.

• Practical experience in project planning in MS Project.

Practical information

Assignment period: June 30, 2025 - June 30, 2028

Project scope: Part-time is initially 50%, but can be extended to full-time by agreement.

Location: Örtofta (onsite)

The agreement includes an option for extension (6 months)
